General Info
✦ All commissions are for personal use only. Clients may not sell the artwork to third parties or use it for commercial purposes.✦ I, the artist, own all the rights to the artwork. Clients may not claim the artwork as their own. Tracing, altering the original, or putting the artwork into any AI engine is strictly prohibited.✦ Reposting the artwork is allowed as long as proper credit is given to my Instagram account @lumi_kha.✦ All communications about the commission will be through email only. This allows me to easily organize and keep track of requests.✦ I have the right to decline any commission for whatever reason.
payments & refunds
✦ Payments (USD) are made via Paypal invoice only.✦ Prices listed are the base price. The total cost may increase depending on the commission's complexity.✦ After the client’s request form is approved, they are required to pay a deposit of at least 50% of the estimated total cost before I start working on the commission. Once the sketch is approved, they must fully pay the remaining amount before I continue.✦ If clients cancel the commission before approving the sketch, I will refund 50% of the initial payment. No refunds are allowed after the sketch is approved and the final payment is made.
process
✦ I highly encourage visual references! That way, I can make sure the commission meets the client’s expectations.✦ The default canvas size of a commission is 8 x 10 inches at 300 DPI (dots per inch.) Before or during the sketching phase, clients may suggest a different size or orientation at no cost.✦ Clients may request 3 major changes during the sketching phase. After the sketch has been approved, only 3 minor changes are allowed. Any more will result in additional costs that must be paid in full before the changes are made.✦ Please allow up to 1 month for completed commissions. Clients will be notified of any delays.✦ While working on the commission, I’ll send updates and progress images to keep clients up to date.
